Director Terminologies

• Channel

– A numbered position in the Score.

• Sprite

– The description of which member is shown, where it is in the

Score, where it appears on the Stage, and many other

properties.

• Script

– A set of Lingo commands that controls sprites and other

elements of the movie.

• Lingo

– The programming language of Director.
